The Magical Hot Chocolate Experience (Winter Special)
Put your Christmas sweater on, don your fuzzy socks, and book our Limited Edition Hot Chocolate Experience, where you construct your own magical hot chocolate in a cast iron cauldron and with an interactive magic wand! This brand new experience is fit for wizards (and elves) of all ages, and is the perfect way to get you into the holiday spirit.
What's included:
- Magic Wand-Poured Drink: Begin with a mesmerizing magic wand-poured mocktail, infused with winter flavors from our resident dragon or unicorn.
- Build-Your-Own Hot Chocolate: Guests craft their personalized hot chocolate in a cast iron cauldron, choosing their base, chocolate type, and flavorings.
- Interactive Tastings: Indulge in flight tastings of mini hot chocolates with delightful flavors like peppermint, s’mores, and gingerbread.
- Unlock the Magic: Each table features a locked wizard chest filled with festive toppings, which is unlocked using a magic wand to reveal tins of crushed candy canes, red and green sprinkles, chocolate crumble, marshmallows, and candy canes from NYC’s Economy Candy.
- Magical Atmosphere: Adorned in wizard robes and Santa hats and set in The Cauldron’s winter wonderland, guests fully immerse themselves in a whimsical setting.
- A Santa Hat to take home.
- Robes (to borrow) are available according to size availability.
- Add-ons available: Add some Baileys to your experience or an XL marshmallow (toasted table-side)!

- Gratuity is not included in the Ticket Prices.
- The Hot Chocolate Experience is a table reservation of 45 min.
- Every attendee requires a ticket.
- You may be sat opposite other Wizards on the same table!
- All people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Additional drinks can be purchased online before your visit for a discounted rate or while in the venue at full-price.
- Vegan and Dairy-Free options are available.
- Items in this experience contain nuts or nut-based products.

We welcome wizards of all ages, but every guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. Tickets for little elves below age 6 are a lower price and free for elves under age 2. Every attendee required a ticket for entry.

Format: The Cauldron Magical Experience® is largely self-guided, but a potion’s master is on-hand to make sure that you don't poison yourself!
Age: All tickets must include at least one person aged 18+ and may require valid photo ID to be redeemable.
Payment: Payment will be in advance through our website or on-site.
Rescheduling: To reschedule your booking you must contact us no less than 48 hours in advance of your booking. Unfortunately we cannot reschedule bookings with fewer than 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to date and time availability. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
