Ticket Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation at The Cauldron you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.  We wish to thank you for your understanding and co-operation and look forward to welcoming you to The Cauldron Magical Experience.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.  Your debit/credit card details are required for all purchases. These details will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault.  There is a payment processing fee charged per-ticket at the time of payment. In the UK, VAT is included in ticket price and in the US, Sales Tax is added to the ticket price.

A debit/credit card will be required upon arrival to secure against our magic wand, which will be provided for use during The Cauldron Magical Experience.  This debit/credit card will only be charged in the event that the guest has broken or stolen a magic wand.

The Cauldron relies upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any requested changes to reservations.  A reminder email will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations that have not been paid in full.  A booking is not confirmed without a booking confirmation email.

Bookings may be rescheduled if the guest has established contact using the contact form on the venue’s page with at least 48 hours before the start of the scheduled reservation.  Contact made by other means has no guarantee of reaching The Cauldron and is insufficient for rescheduling a booking. All re-booking dates and times are subject to availability, which can be checked using the booking calendar on the venue’s page.

Bookings originally scheduled for a Peak day and time can be moved to an Off-peak day and time, but there is no partial refund for switching from Peak to Off-peak.  If you would like to move your tickets from an Off-peak day and time to a Peak day and time, you will be required to pay the difference in ticket price.

Bookings for The Cauldron NYC will not be rescheduled past December 31, 2018.  Bookings for The Cauldron London will not be rescheduled past January 31, 2019. Any rescheduled bookings before these dates are still subject to availability. The Cauldron is not responsible for unavailable booking dates and times.

Customers who purchase tickets separately have no guarantee of being seating together.  If you are linked to another group in the same booking period, please contact us by using the contact form on the venue’s page and we will do our best to seat your parties near each other.

Bookings may not be switched between venues.  Each booking is valid only for the venue for which it was originally purchased.

We understand that you are excited (we are too) and may want to come early, but unfortunately we do not have the space inside the main Experience to accommodate you before your booking. If you arrive early, each of our venues have adjacent bar space where you may wait.

To enjoy the full experience we do expect customers to arrive on time.  If you arrive late to your booking, you have your table until your booking is scheduled to end.

The Cauldron reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Gift Wrapping Terms and Conditions

Gift wrapping purchases are final and non-refundable.  Your debit/credit card details are required for all purchases. These details will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault.  Gift Wrapping is filled by a third-party printing and shipping provider. In order to fill your order, we share only the data needed to address and ship the parcel.  Credit/Debit card information and other customer data is not shared.

Each Gift Wrapping item contains 1 ticket to The Cauldron Magical Experience, and must be accompanied by a valid ticket booking.  Gift Wrapping Tickets that do not have a valid ticket booking are not valid.

Once a gift wrapping order has been filled, it is not possible to alter the text on gift wrapping without re-ordering the ticket.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to input the correct booking information at the time of purchase: booking reference number, date, and time of booking.  The Cauldron operates according to a strict seating arrangement, and customers that arrive for a booking at the incorrect date or time (regardless of data that the purchases placed on the ticket) will not be seated.

Gift Wrapping orders will be filled and shipped within 7 days of purchase.

The Cauldron reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
